4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals. A deposit is typically required before work begins, with remaining balance due upon project completion.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. Vekta Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vekta Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or websites we create.
